Project Overview
The lead form on allows users to check offers related to vehicles. It gathers information such as the user's name, contact details, and city to generate best offers for the user. This form serves as a convenient tool for users to access relevant promotions or deals on automobiles, enhancing their browsing experience on the website.
My Role:
I redesigned the lead form after identifying several issues. The old form had usability issues, such as a cluttered layout, unclear instructions, or a lack of visual hierarchy. To address these problems, I conducted user research & competition analysis to understand pain points and preferences. Based on the insights gathered, I revamped the form's layout to improve clarity and ease of use. I enhanced the visual design to align with the overall aesthetic of the website and improve engagement.

The UX & Design enhancements not only improved the overall usability of the form but also encouraged more users to complete the conversion process, ultimately contributing to the positive outcome of increased conversion rates.
